The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. It was nicely laid out with all the usual stuff, and there was even an omelette chef whipping up custom omelettes for guests 🍳.

The staff are very friendly, the hotel is luxurious, and it's conveniently located right next to a large park, the nearest train stations, and shopping areas.

It has a good bar and competent and attentive staff.

The room was a good size with a separate bathroom, a safe box, a mini-bar, and an iron/ironing board, making it convenient for guests.

We had a very large room with a good view and the hotel is in an excellent location in central Hamburg. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a variety of hot and cold dishes.

Definitely recommend staying here and I'd come back without hesitation. It was such an amazing experience! 😊

The venue is wonderful and clean. the location is unbeatable, close to a supermarket, the S-Bahn, Karolinenviertel, Sternchanze. - the food is fresh and good. - the staff are competent, attentive, and really care about the guests. - They offer very good services.

The service here is excellent, and the rooms are beautifully designed, new, and come equipped with a fridge, climate control, and a personal safe.

I enjoyed the historic-style building and exceptionally comfortable and bright room with comfy beds.

This hotel is perfectly located for visiting the city and is walking distance to many attractions, including the Congress Centre. Guests can enjoy numerous cafes and shops nearby. The staff are helpful, friendly, and efficient. The rooms are well-furnished with mini-bars and great bathrooms, and some have amazing views. Facilities include fast and efficient elevators and a great breakfast with lots of variety.

The hotel should improve internet access for guests.

Great location for everything. Very central for shopping, drinks and eating out and walking distance of the pier and reeperbahn. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. In all very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay while in Hamburg

The hotel offers modern rooms with great views and a delicious breakfast buffet. The location is perfect, being both central and quiet. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few downsides. The air-conditioner in our room was quite noisy, which was a bit annoying.

I stayed in this ideal hotel for 5 days, had really really nice experience, enjoyed its incredible location very close to restaurants shops and coffee shops, the most important churches and many highlights. I had a good modern room with a comfortable bed and everything was perfect.

Staff was very friendly and helpful even after arriving extremely late due to traffic jam in Hamburg and also very helpful in explaining that room booked via Booked.net was not as advertise by Booked.net. Staff also mentioned that this was not the first time that Booked.net has misled its customers. We had to paid an additional Euro 50 per night for a room with a room terrace (well worth the additional money). We would recommend this hotel but next time we will call the hotel directly for room rates.
